Assalamu Alaikum
The month of Ramadan with limitless bounty from the Almighty Allah This is a special month in which the Quran- the last divine guidance for was revealed. This month has a glorious night- al Qadar- which is better than months. It is a month for concentrated worship and charity. During the month of heavens are opened and the doors of hells closed. The fasting of Ramadan Muslims an opportunity to be empathetic for other brothers and sisters.
Many Muslims choose to give their Zakat in Ramadan rather than at other times of the year. They do this because good deeds receive more reward during the month of Ramadan. Also, Zakat is due each year… Given that the Islamic lunar year is shorter than a solar year, and that many Muslims find it hard to keep track of the Islamic date, it's easy just to remember to give Zakat in Ramadan.
Every Ramadan we request special support from you as most of you pay Zakat this time. A minimum increase in your support may be huge to us and eventually to our poor people. Thus, we fervently request you to donate us lavishly and also make your friends and neighbours KCT’s friends and supporters.
May Allah help and guide us.
